Who this route is for
People who can obtain an endorsement from a Home Office approved endorsing body, or who hold a qualifying prestigious prize.
Typical timeline
Two stages: endorsement first, then the visa application. Both have separate published processing times on GOV.UK.
What this means for your job search
Once endorsed you do not need a job offer or a sponsoring employer, so you can apply to any UK employer, contract, or found a company. Building the endorsement evidence usually takes time, so start early.
