ABOUT AIRBOUND

Our mission is to make a world where everyone has access to delivery. Where goods move as freely as information moves today.

This is possible. Today the cost of moving on a scooter is ₹2/km. That’s the cost of moving a 150kg mass from point A to B. We’re bringing that mass down to less than 5kgs, concurrently bringing the cost down to 10 paise/km. This is how we make deliveries a reality. This is how we create a world where we’re doing billions of deliveries per day.

The tech is not there. The current cost of drone delivery is ₹100/km. We need to completely redefine the way things are done here. We’re building the world’s most efficient aircraft from the ground-up, and scaling that up to beyond anything the aerospace sector has ever seen. This cannot be an iterative process. We have to tear down all conventions and build everything up from scratch.

To do this, we need nothing less than the best engineers. The ones who care about building something fundamentally different, who are deeply curious about understanding the fundamentals of everything they’re working on, who are dreamers that believe in the impossible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Content Creator to shoot, edit, and create content that makes people stop scrolling. You'll be the person turning flight tests, factory floors, and first-of-their-kind missions into video that lives and thrives on the internet. This is a hands-on craft role for someone with a strong pulse on the digital landscape and the technical chops to own a project from first frame to final export.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create for the internet: Shoot, edit, and produce highly engaging video content built to maximize audience interaction and brand reach across every channel

• Own the visual language: Establish and uphold a consistent visual identity that aligns with Airbound's voice and tone across all marketing channels

• Stay ahead of the feed: Keep a strong pulse on the digital landscape and stay current with visual trends and formats before they peak

• Collaborate widely: Work with internal stakeholders and external creators to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative projects end to end

• Manage the archive: Ensure all high-res footage, images, and project files are backed up and easily accessible

• Maintain the kit: Manage, update, and maintain internal camera and lighting equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST-HAVE

• 2–4 years of experience as a cinematographer and editor, with a strong portfolio, ideally in the branded content space

• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lensing, lighting, and sound management, from production through post-production

• Expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects

• A strong understanding of the complete filmmaking process, from pre-production to final edit

• Comfort creating and optimizing content using AI tools

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and manage multiple assignments at once

• A keen desire to learn new technologies, software, and techniques to stay current with industry trends

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with motion graphics and animation

• Experience with aerial photography
