Overview The Senior Director, HCP Marketing, US TTR, will lead HCP marketing strategy and execution across AMVUTTRA (vutrisiran), ONPATTRO (patisiran), and TTR disease education. This leader will oversee branded marketing, digital and non-personal promotion, medical education marketing, speaker programs, and congress engagement; lead and develop a team of 8 to 10 marketers; and serve as a core member of the US TTR Marketing leadership team, reporting to the Vice President, US TTR Marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-focused commercial leader with a strong record of building high-performing teams, translating insights into clear choices, and delivering integrated HCP engagement in a complex and competitive market. Key Responsibilities Lead US HCP marketing strategy across AMVUTTRA, ONPATTRO, and TTR disease education, setting clear portfolio priorities and identifying growth opportunities in polyneuropathy and cardiomyopathy. Oversee development and execution of insight-driven branded marketing and unbranded disease education across personal and non-personal channels. Advance an integrated HCP omnichannel strategy using customer insights, behavioral data, channel performance, and field feedback to improve segmentation, content, and engagement. Lead medical education marketing, including speaker bureau strategy, speaker program optimization, peer-to-peer education, and congress planning and activation. Develop differentiated, patient-centered market development, diagnostic, and competitive strategies that support appropriate HCP engagement and portfolio growth. Engage appropriately with external experts and priority HCP customers to deepen customer understanding and inform commercial strategy. Lead annual planning, operating plans, budgets, investment prioritization, agency partnerships, execution governance, and performance reviews. Define and monitor meaningful performance indicators, using results to optimize strategy, tactics, investment, and channel mix. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HCP marketers, fostering a high-performing culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and development. Build strong partnerships across Global Marketing, Medical, Sales, Market Access, Insights, Omnichannel, Business Operations, Clinical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to enable aligned, efficient, and compliant execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 12 or more years of healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry experience, including marketing or other US commercial roles of increasing responsibility. Experience leading marketing for a specialty or biotechnology product in a competitive market; experience in rare disease, cardiology, neurology, amyloidosis, or HCP-administered therapies preferred. Experience across branded HCP promotion, disease education, digital or non-personal promotion, and medical education marketing, including speaker programs or congress strategy. US product launch or major indication-expansion experience strongly preferred. Proven success translating customer, market, and performance insights into differentiated strategies, investment priorities, and measurable execution plans. Demonstrated people leadership, executive presence, cross-functional influence, and ability to lead effectively in a matrixed environment. Experience managing agencies, vendors, promotional budgets, and complex review processes within legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
