Enterprise Account Executive
Ande
About this role
About Ande We're a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that connects Enterprises and Hospitality across the entire booking experience, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital, and led by a serial entrepreneur with offices in NYC and SF. We help companies turn every dinner, event, and offsite into something effortless to plan and a breeze to manage, plugging right into the tools they already use.
About the Role You'll win new enterprise customers for Ande, from first meeting to signed contract. Our customers are large companies with significant annual entertainment spend, and every deal has two sides: the people who book and spend and the back office that owns budget and policy.
You'll win both sides, land a pilot or first department, and set the account up to roll out company-wide. You'll work closely with SDRs, customer success and product, and help shape how Ande sells as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Run the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, demo, business case, proposal, security and legal review, and close.
- Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound, events and your network, alongside meetings sourced by our SDRs.
- Sell to several stakeholders at once: users and budget owners on one side, finance and procurement on the other.
- Build ROI business cases around hard savings, policy compliance and visibility into entertainment spend.
- Work through procurement, MSAs, security questionnaires and redlines with our finance and legal teams.
- Keep Salesforce current, forecast accurately, and hit a quarterly revenue quota.
- Hand closed accounts to Customer Success with a clear launch plan, and stay involved through go-live.
- Bring what you hear in the market back to product and marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of closing experience in B2B software, with a record of hitting or beating quota.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise companies, including deals that run through procurement, finance or legal.
- Comfort selling a new category: you can help a prospect see and size a problem they haven't measured yet.
- Strong discovery, business-case and executive communication skills.
- Self-direction and comfort with ambiguity. You build process where there isn't one yet.
- A collaborative style with SDRs, customer success and product, and a habit of raising issues constructively.
Bonus Points
- Experience selling spend management, travel and expense, procurement or fintech software.
- Early-stage startup experience.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your sales workflow.
