What You’ll Do This role will support the Business Development and Client Success teams within the Cross-Border Mexico department. As a Mexico Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Intra-US business on existing MX client accounts and for shipment execution (load building, scheduling, etc) for XB business. The ultimate goal in this position is to effectively manage a book of business so the BD and CS teams can focus on new acquisitions and the cross-border operation. You must be comfortable with effectively performing operational duties independently, as well as working collaboratively with a designated sales representative and with client success teams.
