Compliance Analyst (1 year Contract)

About the Role: We are looking for an Investigation Analyst to join our Screening Escalations & Geofencing team on a 12-month contract. You will investigate suspicious login activities, review risk alerts, and support timely, evidence-based decisions to strengthen platform security and risk controls. What You'll Do: Investigate geofencing alerts and suspicious login patterns. Analyze case information, IP addresses, and user activity to assess potential risks. Conduct case reviews, issue Requests for Information (RFIs), and follow up where needed. Make evidence-based block/unblock decisions in accordance with internal SOPs. Document findings, escalate complex cases, and meet established SLAs. What We're Looking For: Experience in investigations, fraud, financial crime, compliance, or risk operations. Strong analytical skills, investigative thinking, and attention to detail. Good judgment and the ability to assess cases using multiple information sources. Strong English communication and documentation skills. Ability to manage case volumes in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Haves: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, banking, payments, or digital assets. Familiarity with IP analysis, geolocation, or suspicious account or user activity. Experience with case management or investigation tools.
