Early-Career Member of Commercial Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the commercial team at an early-stage energy technology company, supporting its growth as it builds energy retail services. You will take on cross-functional challenges and create reliable operating practices across several business areas, helping the company grow and serve customers in a regulated industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take on commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management.

• Own problems from initial scoping through execution and deliver high-quality work.

• Adapt your priorities and areas of focus as the business evolves.

• Help develop operating practices and processes alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.

• Contribute to a culture of clear communication, ownership, and thoughtful execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of strong performance in a demanding environment, such as a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.

• A versatile background in banking, legal work, operations, partnerships, or another area that brings commercial value.

• A proactive owner who spots and improves broken processes without waiting for permission.

• A rapid learner who can consult experts, reason from first principles, and act decisively in unfamiliar areas.

• A kind, engaging communicator who can also push for results when needed.

• Fluent German at C1 level or higher.

• An early-career profile with strong growth potential and a standout academic, entrepreneurial, athletic, or professional achievement.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: €75,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany, normally five days per week.
