Founder's Associate (Operations)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a B2B procurement technology team building AI software for enterprise procurement. In this hands-on role, you will partner with go-to-market and operations teams to turn business needs into useful internal tools and automations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.

• Spot recurring manual processes across the company and automate them proactively.

• Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools.

• Shift between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools.

• Prioritize work that unblocks teams quickly and communicate trade-offs clearly.

• Document solutions so teammates can use and maintain them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.

• Evidence of independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.

• Experience taking internal tools or automations from scoping through testing and release.

• Comfort working through ambiguity and collaborating with multiple teams or stakeholders.

• Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
