Founder's Associate (Ops)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the go-to-market and operations teams at an AI-powered enterprise procurement software company. You will turn business requests and operational bottlenecks into useful internal tools and automations, helping teams work more efficiently and unblock important work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into working tools and automations.

• Identify repetitive manual processes and proactively build ways to automate them.

• Scope, build, test, and ship solutions independently using AI coding tools.

• Switch between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools as team needs change.

• Prioritize work based on what will unblock the business fastest and communicate trade-offs clearly.

• Document your work so teammates can use and maintain the tools you build.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are a recent graduate or have up to two years of professional experience.

• You can independently deliver working software with the support of AI coding tools.

• You are comfortable making progress on ambiguous requests and working across teams.

• You bring strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.

• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
