Founding Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for our first full-time designer to shape the product experience and visual identity of an AI-powered recruiting platform. You will define the design standards that guide the product as it grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set the product and brand direction across the user experience.

• Establish design principles and standards for the team to build against.

• Design modern desktop experiences for a B2B software product.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A portfolio documenting shipped, modern desktop product-design work for B2B products or SaaS.

LOCATION

Fully remote, with the role open to candidates based in the United States or Europe.
