Founding Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage B2B software team building an AI-powered regulatory and product compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. You will turn the product roadmap into useful, reliable features by working closely with engineers and users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship product features that deliver measurable value to users.

• Speak directly with users and use their needs to shape and refine the product roadmap.

• Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product evolves.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience shipping software products to end users.

• Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.

• A user-focused product mindset and the ability to identify common needs across customers.

• Comfort using AI agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow.

• Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Fluency in German and English.

• Early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML experience is helpful.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary: €65,000 to €75,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
