Founding Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the founding Product Manager, you will shape core products for an AI-powered creator commerce platform. You will set product direction and work across engineering, design, growth, and leadership to build tools that help brands and creators work together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define product vision for creator discovery, CRM, outreach automation, and AI-powered creative tools.

• Build and maintain a data-informed roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Research customer needs across brands, creators, agencies, and partners, then turn insights into product priorities.

• Own features from problem definition and UX requirements through specifications, QA, and launch.

• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features through rapid iteration.

• Analyze product usage to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop go-to-market plans and launch materials, and keep teams aligned on product decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of product management experience in consumer apps, B2B, B2C, or fast-paced startups.

• Experience defining product specifications and leading delivery from problem definition through launch, in close collaboration with engineering and design.

• Experience building data-driven roadmaps and conducting customer research with multiple stakeholder groups.

• Strong analytical skills, product judgment, communication, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.

• Product experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or AI-driven tools, with familiarity in CRM, B2B workflows, social commerce, or creator products.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Remote or on-site, with the primary location in Canada. Remote opportunities are available in North America.
