Fractional CMO / Head of Marketing (Co-Founder Option)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a two-sided marketplace connecting fractional executives with companies across Europe. This fractional or potential co-founder opportunity will shape the brand and growth engine, building awareness and adoption among both businesses and senior leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for companies seeking fractional talent and leaders exploring this career model.

• Build thought leadership and market credibility around fractional executive work.

• Acquire and onboard companies through targeted outreach and conversion strategies.

• Recruit and onboard senior leaders interested in fractional engagements.

• Drive growth through community building, word-of-mouth, and trust-based marketing.

• Oversee marketing channels, content strategy, and community activities for both sides of the marketplace.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of marketing leadership experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B platforms, marketplaces, or emerging categories.

• A demonstrated record of demand generation and user acquisition in two-sided or network-effect businesses.

• Experience developing positioning, brand strategy, and thought leadership for emerging markets.

• Experience building communities and using word-of-mouth and trust-based marketing to drive growth.

• Comfort managing multiple channels and content initiatives in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.

• Experience in the European market, professional services, or recruiting and onboarding marketplace supply is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: $70,000 to $500,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
