Growth & Marketing Intern / New Grad

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the growth team at an early-stage AI recruiting and talent platform. You will build and improve marketing programs across multiple channels, using experiments and measurable outcomes to turn recruiting insights into demand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events, with clear measures of success.

• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze channel metrics, and iterate on campaigns.

• Plan and optimize cold email programs, including deliverability practices such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation.

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.

• Create and distribute content across blogs, email, social channels, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.

• Build SEO plans using topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.

• Develop marketing partnerships and organize online and in-person events.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Zero to three years of experience, with recent, substantive growth or marketing work at a startup or early-stage company.

• Evidence of personally owning marketing programs and driving measurable outcomes, not only supporting execution.

• Experience or familiarity across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events.

• Strong content creation skills and the ability to maintain consistent brand voice across formats.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating across functions.

• Background in recruitment, HR technology, or AI talent platforms is relevant.
