GTM Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

As GTM Lead at an AI-powered procurement software company, you will combine strategic procurement expertise with hands-on commercial execution. You will work with enterprise and Mittelstand customers across Germany, helping shape opportunities and enabling the wider go-to-market team to engage credibly with procurement leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create and manage pipeline, advance opportunities, and support their activation from start to finish.

• Build relationships with C-level executives and Einkaufsleiter at large enterprises and Mittelstand companies across Germany.

• Position the platform within customers' strategic procurement priorities and competitive landscape.

• Run customer and partner workshops that translate procurement expertise into qualified opportunities.

• Lead consultative discovery on procurement strategy, negotiation performance, spend visibility, and supplier risk.

• Coach account executives, business development representatives, GTM engineers, and deployment strategists on procurement topics.

• Represent the business in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

• Share market, customer, and competitive insights with product and company teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Three to five years of hands-on experience in strategic procurement roles.

• Experience positioning strategic procurement with large enterprises and larger Mittelstand companies in Germany.

• Experience engaging C-level executives and Einkaufsleiter, not only category managers.

• A commercially driven approach and interest in creating, advancing, and closing deals.

• Comfort leading and collaborating on customer and partner workshops.

• Fluency in German and English, along with strong ownership and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
