Junior Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the operations team at a direct-to-consumer consumer health company, supporting the systems and partners that keep orders moving smoothly. You will coordinate across suppliers, warehouses, and technology providers while improving processes that help deliver a reliable customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to support order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Review operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and costs.

• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet delivery commitments.

• Use ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory, and operational performance.

• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Contribute to work across supply chain, customer support, and strategic operations projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A completed degree and 0 to 2 years of full-time professional experience.

• Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce business.

• Experience using ERP or logistics software, with familiarity with warehouse management systems considered useful.

• Strong German and English communication skills.

• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, such as suppliers, warehouses, and software providers.

• An analytical, structured approach to solving operational problems, with exposure to process improvement or supply chain optimization.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is €40,000 to €60,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

This is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
