Member of Commercial Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the commercial team at an early-stage energy technology company building services for the evolving energy market. You will take on cross-functional challenges and develop practical systems that support growth and customer trust in a regulated industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Address challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management.

• Own work from problem definition through execution and deliver thoughtful, high-quality outcomes.

• Adapt your scope and priorities as the business evolves.

• Help build and improve operating practices and processes.

• Work closely with colleagues to support clear communication, accountability, and effective execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least two years of strong performance in a demanding environment, such as a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.

• An early-career profile with a steep growth trajectory, rather than an experienced manager background.

• A standout academic, entrepreneurial, athletic, or professional achievement that demonstrates exceptional potential.

• A technical background and evidence of progression in high-performing organizations.

• Versatility across commercial areas such as banking, legal work, operations, or partnerships, plus an interest in energy.

• German fluency at C1 level or higher.

• A proactive, adaptable approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn quickly and take ownership.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €75,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany, typically five days per week.
