Operations Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the Salt Lake City sales team at an early-stage AI recruiting and talent-matching company. You will coordinate the calls, follow-ups, and checks that move candidate introductions toward booked interviews.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and help them prepare for initial conversations.

• Follow up with hiring managers to gather timely feedback on introduced candidates.

• Review candidate lists for fit, location, salary alignment, and prior responses before sharing them with clients.

• Keep statuses, notes, and next steps accurate and current in team systems.

• Investigate recurring operational problems and implement fixes or propose improvements.

• Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review the resulting work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing several concurrent tasks or open items while keeping follow-ups on track.

• Experience making outbound calls to people you do not already know.

• Evidence of career growth through promotion, increased responsibility, or broader scope.

• Experience using AI tools or automation to streamline repetitive work.

• A completed project or initiative you took on independently, and experience handling sustained high workloads or competing priorities.

• Ability to identify and resolve a recurring operational issue. Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, scheduling, or recruiting operations experience is relevant.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Visa sponsorship policy was not provided.

LOCATION

Hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The first two weeks of onboarding are in person.
