Operations Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a recruiting technology team in Salt Lake City, supporting the sales team and helping candidates move from introduction to interview. You will coordinate calls, follow-ups, and operational checks that keep the recruiting process moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.

• Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.

• Review candidate lists for role, location, salary alignment, and prior candidate responses before sending them to clients.

• Keep statuses, notes, and next steps accurate and up to date.

• Identify and resolve recurring operational issues, or propose ways to address them.

• Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review the resulting work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated career growth through promotion, expanded responsibilities, or increased scope.

• Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple concurrent tasks.

• Experience making outbound calls to people you have not previously spoken with.

• Experience using AI tools or automation to reduce repetitive work.

• Initiative in completing a project or improving a process without being asked.

• Ability to work through sustained high workload and competing priorities.

• Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, scheduling, or recruiting operations experience is relevant.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually.

LOCATION

Hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The first two weeks are in person for onboarding.
