Operations Intern to Full-Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the operations function at a preventive healthtech company, where you'll help make diagnostic services run smoothly and scale efficiently. This is a hands-on internship with real ownership and the intention to convert to a full-time role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own customer operations from onboarding and scheduling through results coordination and retention.

• Coordinate daily workflows with laboratory partners, clinicians, customers, and internal teams.

• Package kits and support business-to-business customers.

• Build tools and automations that replace recurring manual work and improve operational processes.

• Help develop scalable processes that support customer growth without proportionally increasing operational workload.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Availability for a 3 to 6 month internship, with interest in transitioning to a full-time role.

• Fluent German for communication with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and colleagues.

• EU or EEA work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience packaging kits and supporting B2B customers.

• Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, or similar platforms.

• Comfort with code, scripts, or workflow tools, and the autonomy to own processes from start to finish.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary: €30,000 to €36,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
