Senior Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small product engineering team building AI voice and customer communication software. You will own features end-to-end across applied AI, agent configuration, integrations, and the systems behind them, helping deliver reliable solutions to customer problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build product features that help users configure AI agents, troubleshoot issues, connect external systems, and get useful answers from their data.

• Develop and improve voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions.

• Extend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email, with shared memory and state.

• Build memory systems that support reasoning across customer interactions and workflows.

• Improve observability and tracing so issues in agent interactions are easier to understand and resolve.

• Help agents select the right communication channel for each interaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Production experience building and owning distributed systems and product features across frontend and backend.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, product judgment, and the ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.

• Production backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript, and experience building React frontends.

• Experience with real-time audio or voice infrastructure, AI agents or LLMs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration, job scheduling, communication integrations, and observability tools is useful.

• Relevant tools include TypeScript, React, Vite, TanStack, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, and AWS.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is €85,000 to €160,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany. Relocation support is available.
