The Role As Head of CRM for DAZN’s global boxing, National League and FIFA+, you'll be the architect of how we communicate with fans at every stage of their journey. From channel strategy that guides a team of 3, to delivery operational efficiency and optimisations, this is a senior but highly hands-on leadership role. Reporting to the VP of global CRM, within a fast-moving, commercially focused team where priorities can shift quickly and the role holder will need to be comfortable operating with pace and autonomy.The key requirement is someone with strong CRM and customer lifecycle expertise who can combine strategic direction with practical execution. Accountable for meeting targets for acquisition, engagement and retention, this role will lead personalised, data-driven communication programmes that deepen fan engagement and protect and grow subscribers. You'll need to be fluent in the rhythms subscriptions; working closely with the marketing, data, trading and product teams to ensure CRM is fully integrated into the growth strategy for all propositions. You'll also collaborate with regional marketing leads to ensure global CRM programmes land effectively at a local level.
