Product Manager – KYC & Fraud - IND

Role Summary: The KYC & Fraud Product Manager is responsible for driving the product, tooling and process improvement agenda across the CDD and Fraud functions at DAZN Bet. The role bridges operational requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that the systems, platforms and vendor solutions used by the CDD and Fraud teams are optimised, fit for purpose, and aligned with regulatory and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap for CDD and Fraud tooling, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to scope, prioritise and deliver enhancements that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen DAZN Bet's ability to identify and manage risk. The role also carries responsibility for MI reporting and analytics across both functions, ensuring that leadership has access to accurate, timely data to support decision-making. This is a newly created role, established as part of an Operational restructure to promote dedicated product management capacity within the Operations function. The role enables the CDD and Fraud departments to move from a reactive, operationally constrained posture to one focused on continuous improvement, automation and scalability.
