Reward Advisor

The Reward Advisor supports the effective delivery of DAZN’s Reward agenda by independently carrying out defined Reward activities and providing trusted, framework-based guidance to People Partners. The role coordinates day-to-day delivery across job evaluation, pay, benefits and reward governance, identifies practical process improvements, and escalates complex or non-standard decisions to the Total Rewards Manager.
