IT Support & Hardware Operations – Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) Berlin · office-first · People Team · start 1 Dec 2026 Intern: 40 h/week, 6 months · Working student: 20 h/week, 6–12 months Total compensation: €28,920 - €32,600 (Intern) Our laptops and devices keep an international team productive, and you will be the person who makes that happen. This role combines hands-on IT support with building automations for our internal tools, and gives you real ownership from day one. As an IT Support & Hardware Operations Intern / Working Student, you will keep our team's devices running and improve how we work through automation. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You join the Central People Team in Berlin and work closely with the People Lead and your teammates, with device and leasing vendors and with colleagues across several countries. Solve laptop issues and handle upgrades (diagnose, fix, escalate) Prepare new joiner laptops and run tool-setup sessions Process returns: collect, reset, refurbish, re-stock Manage our employee equipment budget: handle orders and returns (e.g. headphones, keyboards) and keep records accurate Run our internal Hardware Store: receive, prepare, ship used devices Be the first point of contact with device vendors Improve and automate workflows in our internal tools (built with Lovable, n8n, siit) Keep runbooks current, document new cases Support onboarding days, meet new joiners, help with onsite coordination YOUR PROFILE Experience: Enrolled student, ideally IT/CS or similar, with hands-on IT support experience (helpdesk, device setup, troubleshooting) Mindset: Structured and reliable, follows processes and thinks along, knows when to escalate Hard Skills: Solid macOS knowledge, Google Workspace, Slack Soft Skills: Service mindset, patient, explains tech simply, communicates clearly Language: Fluent English, German B1+ is a plus Technical (nice to have): Lovable, n8n or similar low-code tools, Python, MDM / Apple Business Manager, asset management or procurement, basic Windows troubleshooting WHAT WE OFFER Real ownership as our IT hardware expert Build things your colleagues use daily Productivity budget, team events budget, ChefCoco office lunches, internal trainings Colleagues in several countries About us We're revolutionizing e-commerce operations.
