Dev Project Manager, Associate

Infor’s Augmented Intelligence Services (AIS) team, part of the Velocity Suite organization, helps customers realize measurable business value through AI and machine learning solutions. Our portfolio includes solutions across areas such as pricing, product recommendations, forecasting, inventory optimization, customer intelligence, operational intelligence, inventory intelligence, and data intelligence. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our AIS team and manage customer-facing AI and machine learning projects from initial requirements through deployment, adoption, and value realization. In this role, you will work as part of a small, highly collaborative, cross-functional team alongside data scientists, senior scientists, solution managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders. You will take ownership of project delivery and the overall customer relationship, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned, challenges are addressed proactively, and customers successfully adopt the solutions delivered. The ideal candidate brings solid experience managing IT or software projects, strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities, and previous exposure to AI-related projects, products, features, or technologies. Deep technical expertise in AI or machine learning is not required, but an understanding of the AI landscape and enthusiasm for working with data-driven solutions are essential.
