Instructional Designer, Senior

Our team thrives on creativity, technology, and collaboration. We are currently looking to expand our learning product development team and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning Designer to join us in crafting exceptional learning experiences for Infor's Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), the Infor Adoption Accelerator (IAA). In this role, you will design and build the standard, out-of-the-box content that is packaged and delivered with IAA across Infor's CloudSuite ERP products. This content — in-app walkthroughs, tooltips, smart tips, task lists, and related guided-learning assets — is used by Infor customers as they adopt and get value from their CloudSuite applications. This is a high-visibility role: what you build ships directly inside the product experience for a global customer base.
