Senior Director, Software Development

As a Senior Director, Software Development, you will own the engineering organization behind Infor's Financials & Supply Management (FSM) portfolio, including Mobile Supply Chain Management (MSCM). You will lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of next-generation capabilities for our industry-specific cloud suites, serving customers in healthcare, public sector, and other complex, regulated industries. We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader who stays close to the code and the architecture, and who is just as comfortable working with teams on design and delivery as setting direction. You will be an innovator who applies AI and agentic engineering practices to both how we build software and what we build, transforming a large, mature ERP platform into an AI-enabled one.
