About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the B2C customer journey inside the Tabby app. Different product teams build different products — Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, BNPL — and they often do it apart from each other. The experience is not always consistent or whole. Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem. The B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey. In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction. After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting. You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model. Why join A rare brief: own how a customer experiences the whole app, not one feature inside one team Concrete problems with visible impact — first transaction, return, and a subscription people choose to keep A strong cross-functional team — product, research, content, and engineering — all invested in quality
