Director of Information Technology

Position Description: Tenna is seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Director of Information Technology to lead and scale our IT function as we continue to grow. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this leader will own the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of Tenna’s technology environment, from infrastructure and identity management to company-wide cybersecurity and compliance. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll set the direction for IT, build and mentor a high-performing team, and manage the department’s budget, while also rolling up your sleeves as the go-to technical expert across Microsoft, Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. You’ll partner closely with Executive Leadership, the CIO, and the CTO to keep our largely remote workforce secure, connected, and productive, and to ensure our systems can scale with the business. This is a highly visible, high-impact role with the opportunity to shape how technology powers Tenna’s next stage of growth.
