Chief Of Staff

(f/m/x) Germany or Austria

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the General Manager, Germany & Austria, helping drive commercial performance, shape strategic priorities and turn them into action across both markets.

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff or internal operations role. You’ll be the GM’s commercial and operational right hand, keeping a finger on the pulse of the business across GTM, pipeline, partnerships and key strategic initiatives.

You’ll know what’s moving, what isn’t and where intervention is needed. You’ll bring structure to ambiguous problems, get the right people around the table and make sure priorities turn into results.

What you’ll do

• Drive commercial execution. Work closely with the GTM team to understand pipeline, key opportunities, close plans and risks, making sure actions are followed through and deals keep moving.

• Give the GM a clear view of the business. Maintain a distilled view of performance, priorities and blockers, highlighting what’s on track, what needs attention and where the GM needs to step in.

• Own strategic initiatives. Take loosely defined business problems, create the strategy and drive them through to execution. This could be anything from how we penetrate our top enterprise accounts to launching a new commercial initiative.

• Strengthen Revenue Operations. Work with CRM data, dashboards, pipeline and forecasting to improve visibility, discipline and decision-making across the business.

• Build strategic partnerships. Identify and develop partnerships that can accelerate Wonderful’s growth and strengthen our position in Germany and Austria.

• Connect commercial and delivery teams. Understand what is happening across both GTM and deployments, identify dependencies and make sure commercial priorities have the resources and support needed to succeed.

• Support market growth. Work with leadership on strategic customers, partnerships and initiatives that expand Wonderful’s footprint across Germany and Austria.

• Make things happen. Chase actions, remove blockers, coordinate stakeholders and take ownership of important problems without waiting to be told what to do next.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of experience across enterprise sales, commercial strategy, consulting, Revenue Operations, partnerships, business operations or a commercially focused Chief of Staff role.

• Real commercial experience. You understand enterprise sales, pipeline, opportunities and what it takes to move a deal forward. You don’t need to be a hunter, but you need to understand how great sales teams operate.

• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement, with the ability to turn data and complex information into clear decisions and practical action.

• Experience owning projects from an ambiguous starting point through to execution, rather than waiting for a fully defined brief.

• Confidence working with CRM data, pipeline, forecasting, dashboards and commercial performance metrics.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge, influence and hold people accountable.

• Excellent communication skills. German is strongly preferred alongside fluent English.

• An independent, pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach with a high level of ownership.

• The ability to stay one step ahead, spot problems early and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
