Business Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding sales role at a fast-growing voice AI startup, where you will own pipeline generation from day one and have a direct hand in shaping the sales playbook. You will work closely with a small, ambitious team and have a clear path to closing deals end-to-end as the company scales toward significant revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Identify and engage the right prospects for a voice AI solution with strong market demand.

• Build and manage customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.

• Develop and refine the go-to-market motion, creating a repeatable outreach and sales process.

• Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tooling to keep operations running smoothly.

• Transition into closing deals end-to-end as you demonstrate strong performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience at a startup or other fast-moving environment, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets or KPIs.

• Experience driving outreach across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Hands-on experience managing CRM tooling and maintaining pipeline hygiene.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand the problems and needs of different companies.

• Experience building and managing customer relationships across a sales cycle.

• Fluency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Genuine enthusiasm for direct customer interaction and relationship building.

• Hands-on mentality, comfortable with unglamorous work and taking full ownership of outcomes.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, low-ego team environment and work on-site five days a week.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 75,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site, five days a week in Berlin, Germany.
