Core Systems Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build core systems for an AI-powered trading platform, including order handling, risk rules, and the ledger. This correctness-critical, low-latency engineering work supports the platform's essential trading operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain systems for order handling, risk rules, and ledger operations.

• Build performance-sensitive software where correctness and low latency are essential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 6 years of systems engineering experience.

• Proficiency in Rust or strong C++ skills.

• Experience building low-latency, correctness-critical systems in trading, payments, exchanges, or a related field.

• Background in trading, fintech, or financial markets is a plus.

• Experience with order management systems, risk engines, or ledgers is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $100,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote or on-site, with the primary location in Los Angeles, California, United States.
