Founder Associate Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

Work closely with a founding team at an AI-enabled recruiting startup to help connect ambitious candidates with career opportunities at venture-backed startups. This role supports the candidate experience and helps improve the workflows behind talent matching.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support candidates through the talent-matching process and help connect them with relevant startup opportunities.

• Manage candidate relationships and contribute to a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.

• Take ownership of operational workflows and identify ways to improve or automate processes.

• Contribute to recruiting, talent acquisition, and social media initiatives as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Zero to four years of experience, including at least three months of internship experience and experience in a company setting.

• A completed bachelor's degree and evidence of strong academic performance, substantial projects, or relevant contributions.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, sales, or venture capital.

• Familiarity with venture-backed startups and hiring practices; recruiting, candidate relations, workflow automation, or social media experience is helpful.

• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and commit to a six-day work week for the internship.
