Senior Deployment Strategist / Success Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

This hands-on, customer-facing role sits within a customer operations team at a seed-stage AI voice automation company. Depending on the focus, you will guide customers from implementation through launch or support adoption, retention, and growth across live accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Scope customer use cases, configure and tune voice agents, and coordinate testing to bring customers into production.

• Design integrations with customer systems such as CRMs, dialers, calendars, and ticketing platforms, using APIs, custom function tools, and webhooks.

• Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot integration, conversation flow, and call quality issues in production.

• Manage customer projects and account outcomes, including time-to-value and pilot conversion or retention and usage expansion.

• Lead customer workshops and training, share customer feedback with product teams, and create repeatable onboarding and adoption playbooks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Deployment Strategists should have at least 1 year in a customer-facing role such as consulting, implementation, sales, or account management, with experience leading complex projects end to end.

• Success Engineers should have at least 2 years in a technical customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation, or SaaS support.

• Experience building workflows or AI agents, with practical knowledge of prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and integration debugging.

• Strong customer communication, business judgment, and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Fluency in English and German is required. Experience with voice agents, conversational AI, customer operations, or customer adoption is helpful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is €75,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Based in Berlin, Germany. Deployment Strategists work on-site in Berlin. Success Engineers may work in a hybrid arrangement within Europe, with travel.
