Founder's Associate (Operations)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the go-to-market and operations teams at an AI procurement software startup, turning business needs into useful internal tools and automations. This hands-on role helps teams work more efficiently by removing manual processes and quickly delivering practical software.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into shipped tools and automations.

• Spot recurring manual workflows and proactively automate them.

• Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools, with minimal engineering hand-holding.

• Move between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools, prioritizing the work that unblocks the business fastest.

• Communicate trade-offs clearly and document solutions so teammates can use and maintain them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A fresh graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.

• Experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.

• Ability to scope and ship internal tools, work across teams and stakeholders, and document solutions for others.

• Comfort working through ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.

• Fluent English; German is a plus.
