GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team to build and scale its go-to-market motion. This role bridges engineering and revenue, helping technical buyers discover tools for developing and evaluating AI models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.

• Build and maintain GTM workflows for email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tooling.

• Use AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase the reach and efficiency of GTM efforts.

• Develop and refine messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.

• Learn prospects' businesses, workflows, and challenges to communicate the product's value.

• Track pipeline metrics and improve conversion throughout the outbound process.

• Work with company leaders to develop and refine the go-to-market playbook.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with measurable results building a go-to-market motion and closing deals.

• A computer science or engineering background, or substantial coding and technical project experience.

• Ability to engage credibly in technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.

• Experience building outbound systems and workflows, including sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom tools. Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms is useful.

• Experience using AI and automation to improve GTM output, and strong written communication for technical audiences.

• Background selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products, ideally in an early-stage startup.

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts such as environments, evaluations, and benchmarks, and awareness of AI data markets.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
