Head of Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at an early-stage B2B software company focused on user-led growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the funnel from campaign strategy through closed-won and build the systems that help the business scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan and run integrated campaigns for product launches, category moments, and company announcements.

• Build and optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, tracking impact through closed-won.

• Run a flagship industry awards program and activate community opportunities for distribution and brand building.

• Develop a micro-influencer program with industry practitioners, investors, and software operators.

• Build growth workflows, integrations, and AI-assisted processes connecting HubSpot, product data, and marketing channels.

• Set up reporting to show what drives results from first touch to closed-won.

• Use Claude or similar AI tools to reduce manual work and document workflows for team reuse.

• Develop product positioning, launch plans, customer communications, website updates, and sales enablement materials.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally B2B software, with ownership of growth, content, or demand generation.

• A track record of demand generation or content programs that generate measurable pipeline, ideally in an early-stage company.

• Technical fluency with marketing automation, analytics, data, CMS platforms such as Framer or Webflow, and the ability to work effectively with engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools, including workflow features such as skills and plugins.

• Experience with product-led, referral, or word-of-mouth growth, plus SEO or GEO.

• Strong English writing, sound design judgment, and an organized, autonomous working style.

LOCATION

Remote, with required availability within three hours of the Central European Time zone.
