  • Own the editorial calendar and set priorities for the company's marketing narrative.
  • Build product launch stories by defining the problem, audience, message, proof points, and narrative.
  • Write and edit content across web, email, social, presentations, blogs, scripts, and sales materials.
  • Help executives shape their ideas into compelling posts, videos, panels, and interviews.
  • Interview customers and collaborate with Sales and Success to understand buying motivations and customer language.
  • Direct video and content production, define creative hooks, and present on camera when needed.
  • Create sales enablement narratives that explain products at introductory and enterprise levels.
  • Track the AI market and competitors, and use performance insights to refine positioning.
  • Coordinate agencies and specialists while maintaining strategic direction and editorial standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, communications, or storytelling for AI, enterprise software, legal technology, or another complex product environment.
  • Experience in law, legal technology, legal journalism, or marketing to legal audiences, with an understanding of how lawyers evaluate and buy products.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience owning product positioning, messaging, and launches.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, customer-facing teams, and external agencies.
  • Experience conducting customer research, developing sales enablement, and directing content or video production.
  • Comfort presenting on camera and using modern AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
