Lead Product Designer (m/w/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Take hands-on ownership of product design, brand, and design team leadership at an AI-focused B2B SaaS company. You will work closely with product and engineering to shape a consistent experience across multiple product areas, combining customer insight, analytics, and a fast shipping cadence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own product design and brand direction, balancing hands-on design work with team leadership.

• Design and prototype product experiences in Figma, and conduct customer interviews to inform decisions.

• Partner with product and engineering across three product areas, supporting frequent releases and short feedback loops.

• Set and maintain design standards across the product, website, and brand.

• Build and scale design systems to support consistent implementation across product areas.

• Use analytics and customer feedback to measure design decisions and guide iteration.

• Apply modern AI tools to accelerate design work and prototyping.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least five years of end-to-end product design experience, with ownership across multiple product areas.

• Strong practical skills in Figma, prototyping, user interviews, and design systems.

• Experience leading a design team or readiness to take on team responsibility while remaining hands-on.

• Brand and website design experience, plus an analytics-driven product mindset.

• Experience using modern AI tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude in design workflows.

• Native-level German and good professional English.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €80,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
