Senior GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

An early-stage AI infrastructure startup is looking for a GTM Engineer to connect technical product development with revenue growth. You will build and optimize outbound systems for a platform focused on reinforcement learning environments, AI evaluation, and post-training data. Working closely with the founders, you will help establish the go-to-market approach and reach technical buyers at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and data enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.

• Build and maintain outbound email sequences, CRM automation, lead scoring, and custom GTM tools.

• Use AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase pipeline generation and productivity.

• Develop and refine messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.

• Research prospect businesses and industries to understand their workflows, needs, and potential fit.

• Track pipeline metrics and improve conversion across each stage.

• Partner with founders to develop and refine the go-to-market playbook.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with measurable results building a GTM motion and closing deals.

• A computer science or engineering background, or substantial coding and technical project experience.

• Ability to engage in technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.

• Experience building outbound systems with GTM tools such as Clay or Apollo, or custom automation, including CRM workflows and lead scoring.

• Experience using AI tools to build scrapers, automations, or internal tools that improve GTM output.

• Strong written communication and experience iterating on messaging for technical buyers.

• Early-stage startup experience; experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML and AI products is valuable.

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts such as environments, evaluations, and benchmarks, and the AI data vendor landscape.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
