Senior Performance Marketer, Google Ads

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead paid acquisition across international markets for a growing AI communications SaaS company. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team and go-to-market managers, using structured experimentation and accountable budget management to improve customer acquisition and conversion outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.

• Manage substantial advertising budgets with a performance-focused approach.

• Own tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.

• Design and run systematic tests of campaign structures and landing pages.

• Analyze experiment results, apply learnings, and iterate to deliver measurable improvements.

• Adapt campaign strategies to different market dynamics and collaborate with performance and go-to-market colleagues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

• Experience managing large paid media budgets and scaling campaigns across international markets.

• Hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion tracking.

• A structured, analytical mindset, with a strong track record of testing and iteration.

• Professional English communication skills; German language skills are also required.

• Experience in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or an AI-related business.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary: €65,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria.
