Senior Talent Partner
Multiverse
About this role
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
THE ROLE:
As a Talent team, we always prioritise quality - you’ll hold the hiring bar whilst building strong pipeline velocity when there’s commercial pressure to move fast and handling the ambiguity of a scaling organisation solving complex problems.
In your role as Senior Talent Partner, you’ll act as a genuine advisor to stakeholders, and own end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll show up prepared, with deep market intelligence for your function and use it to shape recruiting strategy before you’re asked. You’ll use hiring data to show where the process is working and where it isn’t. You use AI to power your productivity, and focus your time on what AI can’t do: building strong, agile stakeholder relationships, giving candidates an exceptional experience and building connections.
Teams you’ll support: Operations - this is our learner-facing org who work day-in-day-out to give our apprentices a great learning experience and provide measurable value to our customers; and G&A - our core business partnering teams across People and Talent, Finance, Legal, CEO Office and Comms.
If you have experience as a Talent Partner, have done so somewhere with a high talent bar, and are genuinely excited about being at the forefront of a fast-evolving recruiting role, we'd love for you to apply.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Run recruiting strategies end-to-end: attraction and sourcing, qualifying and hiring top talent for Multiverse. We have a high hiring bar, and you’ll partner closely with our managers to assess the market, calibrate regularly, build rigourous and engaging assessment processes and make pivots based on data.
- You’ll work with hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements, understand trade-offs and build a shared understanding what good looks like.
- You’ll be an exceptional operator, running processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire as we scale and you’ll maximise your tech stack to do so. We invest in great tools (Ashby, Claude, Gemini, Juicebox, Brighthire, LinkedIn) to support you.
- You are able to manage candidate relationships end-to-end: evaluating, building buy-in, managing close plans, providing high quality feedback. You maintain relationships and build talent pools based on silver medallists.
- You’ll partner with your internal colleagues across the people and talent team to ensure we’re collectively driving the right talent outcomes for Multiverse.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
We value competence more than years of experience, but you’ll most likely have the following to be successful:
- You embody our Operating Principles https://www.multiverse.io/blog/operating-principles in how you work.
- You have proven experience in an in-house Talent Partner role, supporting multiple hiring managers, in a scaling, highly agile business environment.
- You can credibly partner with managers and build trust through delivery excellence.
- You can evaluate candidates effectively, and ensure you are regularly calibrated with your hiring team. You can pinpoint where you’ve helped design assessment and have influenced stakeholders to hold the bar.
- You can build strong candidate relationships, understanding skills, motivations and decision criteria. You can handle sensitive feedback conversations and compensation negotiations.
- You balance data with qualitative feedback to advise managers in their hiring strategy and approach.
- You are highly motivated and autonomous, but curious to learn and ask questions where you don’t know.
- You are building AI into your everyday workflows, and are rigorous in your approach to data hygiene to ensure good tools are built on even better data, and verify the outputs.
WHY THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU:
- You don’t want to run things end-to-end. You’ll own your hires and how to deliver them here.
- You struggle with ambiguity; our business and skills requirements are evolving fast and we need to navigate through that with our hiring managers.
- You don’t get your energy speaking to candidates. We are building an AI-first team with the explicit intention of spending more time where it matters, in the market, speaking with top talent.
