Talent Partner
Multiverse
About this role
Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
THE ROLE:
Multiverse’s mission is to equip the workforce to win in the AI era. Joining us means being part of a talented team, tackling the challenges of being in a scaling organisation solving complex problems, whilst contributing to our company and product growth. As a team, we always prioritise quality - you’ll hold the hiring bar whilst keeping pipeline moving when there’s commercial pressure to move fast.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll be growing your experience as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and own end-to-end recruitment for the roles you’re responsible for. You’ll show up prepared with market knowledge, using it to set realistic expectations on timelines, candidate availability and what the market will and won’t accept, and adjusting your approach when conditions change. You’ll use pipeline data to spot where a process is breaking down and fix it. You use AI to power your productivity, and focus your time on what AI can’t do: building strong stakeholder relationships, giving candidates an exceptional experience and building connections.
Teams you’ll support: Operations - this is our learner-facing org who work day-in-day-out to give our apprentices a great learning experience and provide measurable impact to our customers; and G&A - our core business partnering teams across People and Talent, Finance, Legal, CEO Office and Comms.
If you have experience as a recruiter or Talent Partner, ideally somewhere with a high talent bar, and are genuinely excited about being at the forefront of a fast-evolving recruiting role, we’d love for you to apply.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Run recruiting for your roles end-to-end: attraction and sourcing, qualifying and hiring top talent for Multiverse. We have a high hiring bar, and you’ll partner closely with managers to assess the market, calibrate regularly, build rigour into our assessment and make pivots based on data.
- Partner with hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements, challenge assumptions using market data and past hiring experience, and build a shared understanding of what good looks like.
- Design structured interview and assessment processes for the roles you own.
- Be an exceptional operator, running processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire as we scale, and make the most of your tech stack to do so. We invest in great tools (Ashby, Claude, Gemini, Juicebox, Brighthire, LinkedIn) to support you. You’ll source through these platforms and build your own network and referrals.
- Manage candidate relationships end-to-end: anticipating candidates’ needs and questions, tailoring your communication to their profile and stage in the pipeline, building buy-in and providing high quality, timely feedback. You’ll own candidate experience and maintain strong NPS, and build talent pools from silver medallists.
- Analyse pipeline data to identify where a hiring process is breaking down, and use those insights to adjust your sourcing or process.
- Partner with your colleagues across the People and Talent team to ensure we’re collectively driving the right talent outcomes for Multiverse.
We value competence more than years of experience, but you’ll most likely have the following to be successful:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- You embody our Operating Principles https://www.multiverse.io/blog/operating-principles in how you work.
- Proven experience in a recruiting or Talent Partner role, supporting multiple hiring managers, ideally in a scaling, highly agile business environment.
- You can credibly partner with managers, and are confident using market knowledge to advise constructively.
- You can evaluate candidates effectively, and stay regularly calibrated with your hiring team. You can point to where you’ve designed or improved structured assessment and coached managers.
- You build strong candidate relationships, understanding skills, motivations and decision criteria, and handle feedback conversations well.
- You’re comfortable with data, and use it alongside qualitative feedback to spot problems and change course.
- You are highly motivated and autonomous, but curious to learn and ask questions where you don’t know.
- You are building AI into your everyday workflows, and are rigorous in your approach to data hygiene to ensure good tools are built on even better data, and verify the outputs.
WHY THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU
- You don’t want to run things end-to-end. You’ll own your hires and how to deliver them here.
- You struggle with ambiguity; our business and skills requirements are evolving fast and we need to navigate through that with our hiring managers.
- You don’t get your energy speaking to candidates. We are building an AI-first team with the explicit intention of spending more time where it matters, in the market, speaking with top talent.
