Senior Program Analyst

Uforce

United States | Remote

About this role

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

UFORCE US is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to solve the hard, cross-functional problems that cost us deals, margin, and time. You’ll bring analytical rigor and commercial judgment to pricing, agreements, program performance, and the processes connecting Sales, Capture, Finance, Engineering, and Delivery.

This is an ownership role that runs on analysis. You’ll find out what is actually happening, quantify the impact, and build a lasting fix—whether that’s a model, a process, a policy, or a feedback loop. You’ll help teams understand what we are committing to, what it will cost to deliver, and where the risks sit, partnering with Legal and capture leads for specialist contract and defense acquisition expertise.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting into US Sales leadership, with direct working relationships across Capture, Finance, and Engineering. You won’t manage a team; your influence will come from evidence, credibility, and sound judgment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Solve high-impact business problems. Identify and quantify recurring friction in the commercial cycle, challenge established practices with evidence, and implement improvements that hold up over time.
  • Make commercial commitments clear. Review contracts and statements of work for scope, deliverables, schedules, payment terms, and cost implications. Maintain visibility into obligations, milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements, and involve Legal or other specialists early.
  • Keep scope changes commercially disciplined. Catch changes before they become unpriced work, quantify their impact, and support clear change-control and approval processes.
  • Build trusted pricing and cost models. Partner with Engineering, supply chain, and Finance to maintain cost build-ups covering products, integration, training, spares, and sustainment. Use sensitivity analysis, competitor intelligence, customer budgets, and margin thresholds to inform pricing and pursuit decisions.
  • Connect program performance to the original bid. Track actual cost, schedule, and margin against assumptions, explain variances, and feed what you learn into future quotes and models.
  • Give leadership one reliable view of the business. Reconcile pipeline, bookings, backlog, revenue timing, and program costs across functions. Produce clear reporting and forward-looking analysis that supports planning and resourcing.
  • Support major bids and pursuits. Take on pricing analysis, cost narratives, requirements tracking, data gathering, document control, and bid coordination during surge periods, with explicit agreements on priorities and trade-offs.
  • Build practical commercial processes. Develop usable policies, templates, and approval paths for pricing, discounting, bid/no-bid decisions, contract review, risk acceptance, and handoffs to Delivery.
  • Connect customer needs with Engineering. Establish a structured route for field requirements and configuration requests, ensuring non-standard commitments have a feasibility assessment and cost position before they reach the customer.
  • Improve systems and close feedback loops. Keep CRM and reporting data accurate, automate recurring work, and turn win/loss reviews, pricing variances, and delivery lessons into measurable improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Operational ownership. Experience running or materially improving an operating function or end-to-end process, with accountability for whether it worked in practice.
  • Product management experience. Experience owning a product, platform, or service line: gathering requirements, prioritizing against constraints, partnering directly with Engineering, and delivering outcomes.
  • Business finance fluency. Ability to interrogate a P&L and work confidently with cost build-ups, gross margin, contribution, cash and payment timing, revenue recognition, pipeline, bookings, and backlog.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills. Ability to structure ambiguous questions, assemble and validate data, test assumptions and sensitivities, and communicate defensible recommendations within the decision window.
  • Commercial judgment. Confidence reading contracts and statements of work to understand delivery commitments, cost exposure, and risk—and recognizing when specialist legal or technical advice is needed.
  • Systems and process design. Ability to build clear, maintainable models, policies, and workflows that people adopt, alongside hands-on fluency with CRM and reporting tools.
  • Cross-functional influence. Senior-level judgment and presence, with the ability to challenge established practices and hold an evidence-based position with stakeholders across Sales, Capture, Finance, Engineering, Delivery, and Legal.
  • Clear communication and ownership. Strong written communication, forensic attention to detail, intellectual honesty, and the initiative to take a messy problem through to resolution without a team reporting to you.
  • Sound prioritization under pressure. Ability to balance accuracy with speed, surface uncomfortable findings early, and make explicit trade-offs when bid deadlines compete with standing responsibilities.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in hardware, manufacturing, or a dual-use business with changing volumes and configurations.
  • Experience in a regulated industry where compliance obligations shaped commercial work.
  • Experience supporting bids, RFx responses, or major competitive pursuits in the public or private sector.
  • Exposure to government, public-sector, or international customers.
  • Startup or scale-up experience, particularly where you built processes that did not yet exist.
  • Defense or national security exposure, export-control familiarity, or an active or recently lapsed security clearance.

Prior defense experience or specialist knowledge of FAR/DFARS, OTAs, or ITAR is not required. We value operational and product judgment, finance fluency, and the ability to challenge established practice; defense-specific knowledge can be developed with support from Legal, Capture, and Contracts.

The nature of combat has changed.

Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.

And UFORCE is ready.
