Senior Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a digital health product team building patient-facing digital therapeutics in urology and gynecology. You will own the patient journey and mobile app experience end to end, helping patients make meaningful progress through evidence-based therapy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the patient journey from physician prescription and onboarding through active treatment and patient progress.

• Lead product development across iOS and Android therapy apps throughout the product lifecycle.

• Apply habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and other engagement mechanics to support lasting behavior change.

• Improve app store presence, ratings, reviews, keywords, and screenshots to strengthen the journey from discovery to activation.

• Run A/B tests, interpret analytics, and use experimental results to guide product decisions.

• Use AI tools in product work and assess when AI is an appropriate solution to a product problem.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer mobile apps, with a track record of shipping products or features.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Experience building patient-centered or behavior-change products, ideally in digital health, MedTech, or another regulated environment.

• Demonstrated fluency across iOS and Android, including platform-specific capabilities and constraints.

• Hands-on experience applying retention mechanics, managing app store optimization, and making decisions using analytics and A/B testing.

• Experience owning end-to-end journeys across product surfaces or therapy areas; urology or gynecology experience is relevant.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €65,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany.
