Senior ERP Business Analyst

Infor is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to join our Manufacturing ERP team. This role sits at the intersection of business processes and software delivery, helping translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, Development, Support, and domain experts to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and drive product improvements for customers in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP and manufacturing business knowledge combined with a highly analytical mindset. Technical knowledge such as SQL or development experience is beneficial but not required. This role also offers exposure to strategic product modernization initiatives, including future migration and transformation activities across the Infor ERP portfolio.
